Fujiwara Starts Up 50MW Solar Plant in Vietnam

Fujiwara Binh Dinh Co, a Vietnam-based wholly-owned subsidiary of Fujiwara Co Ltd (Minato-ku, Tokyo), built a 50MW solar power plant in the Economic Zone of Nhon Hoi, Binh Dinh Province, Vietnam, and started to sell electricity June 27, 2019.

The solar panel and PV inverter employed for the plant are products of China-based Suntech Power Co Ltd and China-based Sungrow Power Supply Co Ltd, respectively. The plant is expected to generate about 60,952MWh of electricity, which is equivalent to the amount consumed by 32,301 households, per year.
