Prologis (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) built a physical distribution facility in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan, and had a ceremony to celebrate the completion of the plant Sept 20, 2019.

Prologis plans to install a solar power generation (PV) facility in the future. The output of the PV system will be 1.3MW.

The company employed LED lighting facilities for the entire building. Also, an LED lighting system equipped with a human presence sensor was used for the storeroom of the building to reduce environmental load.
