Sakai Holdings Begins Operation of 4 Mega Solar Plants

Sakai Holdings Co Ltd announced the financial results for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year ending Sept 30, 2019, and four mega (large-scale) solar power plants that newly started operation.

They are (1) "Kumamoto Yatsushiro Power Plant" (output: about 1.0MW) using Kyocera Corp's solar panels, (2) "Kumamoto Yatsushiro Daini Power Plant" (output: about 1.0MW) using Hanwha Q Cells Co Ltd's solar panels, (3) "Iga Ida Power Plant" (output: about 1.5MW) using Yingli Green Energy Holding Co Ltd's solar panels and (4) "Higashihiroshima Power Plant" (output: about 7.2MW) using Sunpower Corp's solar panels. They started operation June 5, July 1, July 5 and Aug 2, 2019, respectively.
