Mitsubishi Logistics Corp completed "Seishin Distribution Center 2nd-phase Building" in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan, Nov 29, 2019.

For the building, which is an "eco-friendly warehouse resistant to disasters," the company introduced solar power generation (PV) facilities as well as an LED lighting system for the whole building.

Fuji Logistics Co Ltd (Minato-ku, Tokyo), which is a consolidated subsidiary of Mitsubishi Logistics, became one of the tenants of the building and started full-scale operation Dec 23, 2019.
