Daiwa Logistics Sets Up 570kW PV System on Roof of Physical Distribution Facility

Daiwa Logistics Co Ltd built the "Ebina Logistics Center" physical distribution facility in Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, and started full-scale operation March 1, 2019.

Daiwa Logistics (Osaka City) is a company affiliated with the Daiwa House group.

As an environmentally-friendly facility, the physical distribution facility is equipped with a 570kW rooftop solar power generation (PV) system and LED lighting equipment.

The PV system, which uses about 1,900 solar panels manufactured by Jinko Solar Co Ltd, is expected to generate about 680,000kWh of electricity per year.
