1 Terms and Conditions for subscribers in Japan

1-1 Payment Condition and Method
The service fee is to be paid in an advance lump-sum payment through a bank (or post office) transfer. Please see the invoice for details of the procedure.
1-2 Login ID
For each Nikkei Real Estate Market Report service contract, you may receive one ID from Nikkei. Not more than one person can login with the same ID at a time.
1-3 Change of Registered Address (billing address)
Please inform Customer Services through our online contact form or by fax.
1-4 Cancellation
Subscription cancellation before the end of the contract term must be made by the 20th of the month prior to the actual month of cancellation. The refund amount will be calculated by multiplying the monthly subscription fee of 32,400 yen by the number of months the service was provided and deducting this from the full service fee paid to arrive at the refundable balance.
1-5 Renewal
Unless requested by the customer for termination of the service, the Nikkei Real Estate Market Report service shall be automatically renewed for successive one year.
1-6 Revision of Service Fee
The service fee may be subject to be revised. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the fee will stay unchanged before the termination or the initial renewal after the revision for customers already using the service.
1-7 Change of Service:
The contents and name of the service may change. In the case that we become unable to continue the service, we will return you the amount equivalent to the service fee for the remaining month(s) of the term (a twelfth of the annual fee times the number of the remaining month(s)).
1-8 Personal Information
The information that you registered, such as your address and e-mail address, may be used for communication from Nikkei. It may also be used by Nikkei and its group companies for sending announcements (publications, exhibitions, seminars, etc.), questionnaires, and information on products/services of the advertisers. Your personal information will be handled under strict control and will not be provided to any outside party. Please contact Customer Services, provided that you do not wish to receive these announcements.


2 Terms and Conditions for subscribers outside Japan

2-1 Payment Condition and Method
The service fee is to be paid in an advance lump-sum payment by credit card only.
2-2 Login ID
For each Nikkei Real Estate Market Report service contract, you willl receive one ID from Nikkei. No more than one person can login with the same ID at the same time.
2-3 Change of Registered Address (billing address)
Please inform Customer Services through our online contact form or by fax.
2-4 Cancellation
Subscription cancellation before the end of the contract term must be made by the 20th of the month prior to the actual month of cancellation. The refund amount will be calculated by multiplying the fee of 32,400 yen by the number of months the service was provided and deducting this from the full service fee paid to arrive at the refundable balance. Refund will be made in Japanese Yen only.
2-5 Renewal
You will be informed about renewals before the end of the contract period. Please follow the necessary procedures for renewal as soon as possible, provided that you wish to continue using the service, Failure to complete the procedures by the end of the service term may result in the interruption of the service.
2-6 Revision of Service Fee
The service fee may be subject to revision. The fee will remain unchanged for customers already under contract until the termination of the contract.
2-7 Change of Service
The content and name of the service may change. In the case that we become unable to continue the service, we will refund the amount equivalent to the service fee for the remaining month(s) of the term (one twelfth of the annual fee times the number of remaining months).
